Meta has updated its agentic AI app Muse to add native support for the iPad. The app first launched on iPhone roughly a month earlier and became the top free app in Apple’s App Store over several weeks. A Mac version followed about a week after the original mobile debut, extending the tool to desktop tasks such as organizing files.
According to the description, the iPad version works much like the iPhone edition but is designed to make use of the larger screen and iPadOS multitasking features. Muse is framed as a competitor to other agentic AI assistants.
Why it matters
Expanding to the iPad broadens where Muse can be used, moving the agentic tool across phone, desktop, and tablet form factors.
Who should care
Users of Meta’s Muse app and people following the market for agentic AI assistants on Apple devices.
