The Verge highlights a web project called Your AI Slop Bores Me, which turns the human-AI exchange into a game played between two people. The interface has two tabs: one for the human making a request and one for a person roleplaying as an AI. A user enters a prompt, and the person on the AI side responds within 150 seconds. Prompts can ask for a text or image reply.
The project uses a credit-style system reminiscent of token limits in real language models. Making requests costs credits, which players earn by switching to the AI side and answering others’ prompts. Alternatively, users can wait, receiving one free request every two minutes.
