Anthropic is introducing two new tools for Claude, Docs and Slides, which let users create documents and presentations directly through Claude chats. According to the announcement, these outputs can be exported, edited, and shared with other users.
Alongside the new tools, Anthropic is simplifying how Claude chats function by merging regular chats and Cowork into a single experience described as “one Claude.” The company says its AI productivity tools will be available from any chat, and that Artifacts and Claude Design capabilities will also be accessible through the unified interface. Anthropic states that Claude can determine what a task requires, making Cowork and Design functionality available from any conversation.
