Wistron has opened its first U.S. manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. According to NVIDIA, the 324,000-square-foot greenfield plant produces superchips that sit at the heart of some of the most capable AI systems, and the opening was marked with an event attended by a Wistron audience.
Why it matters
The facility expands U.S.-based production and testing of AI infrastructure, adding to the systems already built in Texas that support the hardware behind modern AI workloads.
Who should care
Organizations that rely on NVIDIA AI systems, as well as those tracking hardware supply and manufacturing footprint, may find this development relevant.
